Great Weekend!
I just listened to 4th Baptist Echoes with Dr.Maclachlan preaching.No doubt about it-he can exposit God's Word!1.Nice warm weather;had a nice time biking and swimming on and off base.Today I went the Johnson Cty Horse PK and watched some equestrian competitions.My body seemed to say as I biked,"Thanks for the exercise!"I like exercise as long as it's not so boring! At times I feel my age too.I really long to wrestle with my sons.2.Reading BBC msg boards and posting with the name,"Beaver2007."Learning alot.3.I did'nt mention that on July1[Sat.],I went up to Indy to see my first Pro basketball game.One of the units had some extra tickets and so they graciously allowed me to go.My curiousity was satisfied as most of the "entertainment" during breaks from the game was very worldly.It was impressive to see the clean large arena and to get away from base with a free bus ride to downtown Indianapolis.Once in a lifetime is enough for me with what I experianced!4.Reading a book about common people being imprisoned in 1942 Nazi Germany;really interesting!Trying to speed read so many books!
